I didn't want to see it in the theaters because I was SUCH a fan of the first movie & all the other Batmans stunk (OK - I liked #2 w/Catwoman too, but other than that....) So my husband & I rented it & although I had to get over the "how could THIS come BEFORE the first movie" shock, I LOVED IT!!!! So, of course, I turned to my husband & said "I wish we could have seen this in the theater." I don't think he was amused.
How can we argue? You give no points with which to quibble. And, apparently, you've never seen "Superman 2" - it's superior to the original "Superman," which in turn is also superior to "Batman Begins" (which is fantastic in its own right).

I'm gonna have to see it again because my intitial response is "better than Spiderman??"...not to be argumentative.
