Since an atheist does not believe there is a God, then God cannot have been responsible for evolution. On the other hand, there are many evangelicals who believe that evolution describes how God has brought us about. I believe that too. The question I have for myself is, "Am I an evangelical?" I'm a lifelong Church of Christ person but have never identified with evangelicalism. Events of recent decades have shown that being evangelical involves more than assent to certain religious propositions but also being a part of a sociological group with a given range of ideas concerning politics and way of life.

The answer is (C), Agnostics caring whether God created evolution.

Or perhaps (D) Solipsists wondering if they created evolution.

If you're going to put "doctoral studies" in the tag line, shouldn't the grammar be correct?

Which is LESS likely. You are only comparing two items. LEAST would be comparing 3 or more items.

Anon has caught my mistake. Thanks for being the grammatical picker of nits.

Any thoughts on the question itself?

Why does there have to be a god?

Phil, are you the picker of nits? :-)

Good question that requires some thought. I'll have a go at it soon.
