    China is the #1 place from which Americans adopt. Laws are stidffening. I really hope it works out for you, Tommy.

    thanks, we started the process last year after talking about it for 10 years! Kim has taken antidepressants and that disqualifies us after the new regs. So we are hopeful to get logged in before then.
